Liverpool's year as European Capital Of Culture has begun and there's a massive variety of events to look forward to.
If you haven't been to Liverpool before then now is the time to come.There's still a lot of construction work going on but the first phase of Liverpool One - Europe's largest retail development is now open and it is spectacular.
